I’m normally not a fan of red, not at all. Maybe it’s the overload of red you see in Chinese culture, but I could never help but feel like a fat red lantern whenever I wore red as a kid. I’m slowly starting to appreciate it now that I’m older, I even have a pretty red coat now.
Anyways, this fabulous “1920’s Shanghai Nightclub” wedding I spotted on Project Wedding a while back really caught my eye. Photos were by Robert Sukrachand and florals were by Saipua. Saipua really knows how to work that red. Then again, there’s nothing Saipua can’t do with those florals…
Doesn’t it remind you of Maggie Cheung from In the Mood for Love?
